with total operating budgets of $38.8 million

more than 380 employees

capital expenditures of approximatley $50.0 million
Major Accomplishments
-
Restructured operations resulting in City’s highest bond rating and fund balance.

Eliminated operational inefficiencies, reduced long-term expenditures by approximately 15 percent and maintained existing service levels.
-
Assisted in establishing Texas A&M University-Kingsville expansion campus for the Engineering program.
